PoolWorks is currently hiring trustworthy, detail-oriented maintenance and repair pool technicians. We’re looking for techs with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills to join our team.
Ideal candidates will be experienced and able to work within PoolWorks’ service protocols and standards. Techs who work with us must have a clean driving record and pass drug tests. If you are dependable, punctual, and take pride in excellent workmanship, we’d love to connect with you!
Technicians will be provided a work truck and all tools/support needed to provide excellent service for our customers. We currently service pools from Kennesaw to the Milton area.
Duties:
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools and spas
• Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
• Install and replace pool equipment as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Experience:
• Experience is preferred; willingness to learn is mandatory
• Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in pool maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with pool equipment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
